Delivery Policy
Usually an order will be dispatched within 2 working days of receipt. However, due to the handmade nature of the resources occasions may arise where it is not possible to immediately dispatch an order. Unless otherwise stated all goods will be supplied within 28 days of an order being placed. In the event of this not being possible, you will be contacted and advised of the likely delivery date or an alterrnative option will be offered. If the goods cannot be provided within a mutually agreed timescale and an acceptable alternative is unavailable, a full refund will be offered. We reserve the right to substitute items if we have trouble or delays in obtaining items from the usual range. The overall balance and value for money you receive will not be compromised.
Returns Policy
If your Playscope resources do not meet your expectations you may return them undamaged within 7 days of receipt. Provided the goods are undamaged, a full refund will be made excluding any postage or courier costs. An administrative fee may be chargeable for credit card orders. To cancel your purchase within the 7-working-day cooling-off period, please contact us at returns@playtoz,co.uk, stating the reason for the return. Please package the relevant item(s) securely and send to us so that we receive them within seven working days of the item being delivered to you. Please note that we cannot accept returns if you deliver them to us by hand. For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service.
Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the item(s) to us unless we delivered the item(s) to you in error, or if the item(s) is damaged or defective.

Your goods should reach you in perfect order but if you have any problems Play to Z Ltd must be advised of these in writing, within 7 days of receipt of the goods. Every effort will be made to satisfactorily resolve the problem. If goods arrive damaged, problems should be reported on the day of delivery.
